About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Product Management to join their dynamic and multi-tasking environment. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership and Commercial Leadership teams, working closely with R&D and Strategic Marketing. This role is pivotal in leading and managing a product management team, with responsibilities including recommending new products, maintaining and enhancing existing products, and serving as the product expert for both external and internal customers. The VP will be expected to align with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, understand market analysis, and drive the product lifecycle process. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to build and maintain relationships are essential for this position.Candidates for the Vice President, Enterprise Product Management role at the company should have a BA/BS undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a PhD, and at least 10 years' of progressive product management experience. A deep understanding of product management, marketing, sales, and business development, particularly in the oncology, diagnostics, or medical device fields, is required. The role demands a strong track record in bringing innovative products to market, experience in global product management, and the ability to build business cases with quantitative market analytics. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be adept at strategic planning, and possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills. The position also requires the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of others to achieve common goals, as well as the flexibility to travel as needed.
