About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key activities, including identifying buyer personas, ensuring that products meet the needs of the target audience, and creating and executing product marketing strategies. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and the chief customer officer to develop compelling communications that attract the right customers and drive product adoption. The VP will also be tasked with determining the product's market positioning, managing product launches, and expanding into new markets. Additionally, the role requires the ability to translate product functionality into marketing messages that resonate with clients and drive sales.Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for those with a background in B2B and SaaS. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience and be adept at self-management, handling multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. Experience in market research and the ability to conduct competitive analysis are also highly valued. The role demands a professional who is experienced in working with and presenting to senior management, and who can effectively manage a team to deliver on product marketing and customer strategy.
