About the role

Your responsibilities
Develop and refine Health and Safety compliance programmes to meet global standards and the specifics of our Supply chain operations.
Conduct comprehensive audits and site inspections, ensuring a flawless alignment with regulations and our internal policies.
Dive deep into compliance data to spot trends and recommend proactive improvements.
Work alongside various teams to ensure Health and Safety is a key part of all our Supply chain processes.
Engage and empower regional teams on compliance practises, underpinning a culture that prizes Health and Safety standards.
Craft and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and keep regulatory authorities informed and assured of our compliance.
The experience we're looking for
- A robust background in Health and Safety compliance, particularly within multinational Supply chain operations.
- A firm grounding in applicable regulations and standards, with the initiative to continuously elevate safety.
- Analytical acumen that transforms data into strategy and improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills that inspire confidence across all levels of the business.
- A willingness and ability to bring your expertise to our global sites, as and when needed.
