Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

A growing international legal services organization is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to become one of the first technology hires supporting its expanding US operation.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in shaping the firm's technology function across the United States. You'll act as the primary local IT contact, combining hands-on technical support with stakeholder management and operational oversight.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary technology contact for the US office.

Deliver white-glove IT support to legal professionals and senior stakeholders.

Coordinate office technology projects, including relocations, fit-outs, cabling, connectivity, and vendor management.

Work closely with leadership to ensure technology services align with business needs.

Support and administer Microsoft 365 technologies and end-user environments.

Manage relationships with third‑party suppliers and service providers.

Assist with onboarding, hardware deployment, and office expansion initiatives.

Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements Experience supporting professional services or legal environments.

Strong end‑user support and desktop engineering background.

Familiarity with legal applications, including document management and practice management systems.

Experience working within a law firm, legal services organisation, or MSP supporting legal clients.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

Comfortable balancing strategic responsibilities with hands‑on technical work.

Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, endpoint management, and vendor coordination.
