Respond to and resolve technical support requests related to hardware, software, network, and security issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, peripherals, and software, including cloud-based environments and on-premises systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, applications, and network connectivity issues in a 100% cloud-based support environment.
Assist with user account setup, password resets, access permissions, and security protocols including 2-factor Authentication (2FA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Support cloud infrastructure management across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including basic configuration, maintenance, and documentation.
Conduct foundational Linux server administration and system maintenance activities.
Collaborate with IT team members on security, networking, and infrastructure support, including security concepts and network security best practices.
Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of systems, procedures, and support workflows; contribute to technical manuals and user guides.
Support ongoing security initiatives such as identity management, password policies, and security incident response.
Core Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1-2 years’ experience supporting enterprise-level IT environments, including hardware, software, and cloud systems.
Proven exposure to cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of security concepts including multi-factor authentication (MFA), SSO, and network security basics.
Experience working in a team environment supporting remote and onsite users.
Ability to manage multiple support tickets and escalated complex issues appropriately.
Basic Linux server skills and familiarity with system administration tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and technical documentation abilities.
