They specialize in financing innovations that reduce risks in self-insurance and deliver significant savings with an ecosystem of partners and cost-control solutions.
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business in the NE and Central Florida region. The RVP will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of the Company, by cultivating new business and increasing visibility in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, confident, self-starter who thrives in competitive situations and is determined to exceed targeted goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, educate and develop strong consultant-partner relationships
• Assist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employers
• Mastery of cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employers
• Develop strong relationships with members of the internal underwriting, market development, and marketing teams
• Drive the understanding of large and complex risk management programs
• Create and execute a regional sales plan that will support the successful execution of sales goals
• Implement sales techniques focused on the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing
Skills And Experience
• 5+ years of recent experience in the self-insured/self-funded marketplace with strong Insurance Broker relationships
• 5+ years of recent experience in a new business development role
• Advanced knowledge of the Florida group health insurance market
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must live in Jacksonville, Tampa, or Orlando, FL | Not open to relocation
