Position Summary

As a B2B Sales Representative, your primary focus will be on developing and nurturing business-to-business relationships to drive revenue and growth for our company. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with key decision-makers in the business world.

Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential B2B clients within the target market, including industries, companies, and key decision-makers. Utilize various tools, such as CRM systems and market research, to generate leads.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within client organizations. Establish trust, credibility, and rapport with clients through effective communication and a deep understanding of their business needs.

Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their challenges, goals, and pain points. Use this information to tailor product or service offerings that provide value and solve their specific problems.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services, including their features, benefits, and applications in various industries. Be able to articulate how these offerings can address client needs.

Customized Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and solutions that align with the client's requirements. Ensure that proposals demonstrate a clear ROI for the client.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services. Address questions and concerns effectively.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients. Work to close deals and secure long-term business relationships.

Account Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and changes in the business landscape. Use this knowledge to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular reports to management.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

3 + years of B2B sales

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and articulate complex technical or business concepts.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
