About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Finance FP&A to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities for this role include coordinating with key stakeholders to complete monthly variance commentary, developing standardized dashboards and reports for financial performance assessment, and recognizing system inefficiencies to implement effective solutions. The VP, Finance FP&A will also be expected to deliver ad hoc analysis, modeling, and additional responsibilities as required. The role involves managing consolidated financial reporting, communicating financial results to senior leadership, and supporting decision-making with insightful financial analysis. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience and a BA degree in finance, business, or economics. Preferences for the role include experience in FP&A, investor relations, or financial services, as well as a background in consolidated P&L analysis. An MBA, CPA, or CFA is also a plus. The company values a client-focused, team-oriented approach and is dedicated to providing a world-class client experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and presentation skills to interact with various levels of management, including the C-suite.
