The General Purpose Of Position

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engage target audience, and drive business growth. He/She will manage multiple social media platforms, create compelling content, monitor and analyze performance metrics, and interact with followers and customers. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a skilled communicator, and has a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Primary Responsibilities (included But Are Not Limited To)

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.

Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create engaging and shareable content, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.

Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and engage in conversations to build a strong community and enhance customer relationships.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, public relations, and design, to ensure consistent messaging and brand coherence across all channels.

Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze data to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and trends to explore new opportunities for brand promotion and reach.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions, and use insights to drive data-informed decision-making.

Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and legal guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Monitor and manage online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation and address any issues promptly and professionally.

Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and sponsored content to expand reach and engagement.

Conduct competitor research and analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement and differentiation.

Requirements

Education, Skills, and Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their features, algorithms, and best practices.

Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for different social media channels.

Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse online audience.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.

Understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content is desirable.

Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and industry changes.
