We are looking for Nursery Sales Professionals to step into a well-established sales territory in one of the country’s most vibrant markets!

Everde Growers is a leader within the horticulture industry with a true coast-to-coast footprint consisting of over 6,700 acres in production encompassing 15 farm locations throughout Texas, Florida, California and Oregon. Our superior growing methods and pruning practices ensure consistent high quality and availability.

This territory has the ability to ship from all our farms across the country with a broad mix of shrubs, perennials, grasses, tropical plants and citrus. The territory includes a mix of Landscape, Re-wholesale and Retail customers and although it is well-established, the territory is primed for growth over the next several years, particularly with Independent Garden Center customers.

As an Outside Sales Representative for Everde Growers, you will function as the territory manager and as a professional in the green industry.

Key aspects of the position:

- Looking for self-motivated individuals

- Build on strong relationships with current customers

- Identify and establish contact with potential customers

- Schedule and perform product demonstrations where needed with potential customers

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

- Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers

- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales

- Recommend marketing strategies

- Generate and submit sales reports

You will be required to travel throughout your assigned territory and be in the office 50% of the time.

What we need:

- A bachelors' degree, OR 1-2 years related horticulture/agriculture experience and/or training, OR the equivalent combination of education and experience

- Working knowledge of all MS Office software

- Excellent and highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we provide a base salary plus commission compensation program. The territory has current compensation of approximately $75ki with plenty of room for growth.

Also included are bonus potential, expense coverage, and a comprehensive benefits package.
