Job Description Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategic Programs to join our team and oversee strategic aspects of our organizational initiatives.
Must be a US Citizen
The Director of Strategic Programs will work directly with the executive team to lead growth activities and oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of programs/projects. As a Strategic Programs Director, you will be responsible for:
Researching, planning, developing, and implementing programs that align with the strategic objectives of the organization and the needs of the clients.
Lead and execute strategic growth activities against a well-defined opportunity pipeline focused on Army IT Systems, including capture and proposal.
Managing the budget, resources, and operations of the programs, and ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
Evaluating the performance and impact of programs and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
Communicating effectively with leadership, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Providing accurate and timely reports and presentations.

Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or relevant technical area plus ten (10) years of relevant experience.
Experience in the development, implementation, and execution of strategic growth plans (capturing/building new business, managing customers, planning, organizing, staffing, reporting, coordination, and identifying/mitigating risk).
Experience leading end-to-end proposal process to include development and management of all elements, with an understanding of the Shipley framework.
Program management experience in the IT or cybersecurity field.
Thorough understanding of project/program management principles and best practices.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and modernization trends in IT.
Experience leading the development, application, and documentation of approaches and solutions to complex IT requirements.
Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting tools.
Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software.
Experience in federal government contracting.
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
Preferred:
Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Operational understanding/experience with US Army Network Enterprise Operations, infrastructures, or programs.
Experience working in support of Army Network Enterprise Center, ARCYBER/Regional Cyber Center, Army NETCOM, or Army CIO/G-6.
Possess a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
