Own the Revenue Engine & Shape Marketing Strategy

We're seeking a passionate Revenue Operations Architect to join our growing team in Minneapolis! You'll be a strategic partner, not just a process manager. This dynamic role goes beyond optimizing the current revenue engine; you'll also help shape our marketing vision and strategy.

What You'll Do:

Architect the Revenue Machine: Oversee core marketing, sales, and customer success platforms (HubSpot, Seamless, LinkedIn) to ensure seamless data flow, maximize efficiency, and drive growth across all channels.

Become a Data Expert: Craft KPIs and build insightful dashboards to empower leadership and revenue teams with actionable data. Champion data accuracy and integrity across the organization.

Process Innovation: Analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined processes to unleash team productivity. Implement automation to free resources for strategic thinking.

Marketing Visionary: Partner closely with marketing to translate data insights into strategic marketing initiatives that propel LinkUp's growth trajectory.

The Glue that Binds: Foster open communication and collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring everyone is aligned towards achieving revenue goals.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.

Expertise in Hubspot

Deep understanding of sales and marketing best practices.

Analytical prowess and a knack for problem-solving.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively.

Bonus Points for:

Strategic marketing experience

A proven track record of developing and implementing revenue operations strategies.

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.

A passion for data-driven decision making.
