Vice President, Revenue Operations

The VP, Revenue Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire revenue operations infrastructure. This includes pricing strategy, channel advancement and activation, sales operations, go-to-market analytics, revenue management, deal desk, and retention strategy. The VP, Revenue Operations will work closely with the executive team to align revenue-related processes and systems across the company to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role

In this opportunity as VP, Revenue Operations, you will:

Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that align with company goals and market demands.

Oversee channel advancement and activation including our global center strategy and resources.

Lead sales operations, ensuring that the sales team is empowered with the tools, data, and processes necessary to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Craft go-to-market strategies using in-depth analytics to optimize marketing and sales efforts and increase market penetration.

Manage revenue management practices to maximize profitability and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Direct the deal desk operations to streamline proposal, contract, and negotiation processes, ensuring timely and accurate deal closure.

Design and implement retention strategies to maintain and grow the existing customer base through exceptional service and value delivery.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and product, to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Provide leadership and direction to the revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Utilize advanced data analytics to provide insights into performance metrics, helping to inform strategic decisions.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of VP, Revenue Operations if your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience leading revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field in a B2B organization.

Experience with the legal or digital marketing industries preferred.

Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling revenue operations in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.

Excellent communication and leadership skills
