In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing and communication strategies to promote Gap International's brand and drive business growth. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create impactful marketing campaigns, manage external communications, and ensure consistent messaging across various channels. As the Strategic Marketing and Communications Lead, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's image, enhancing its market presence, and driving engagement with target audiences.

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
Execute integrated marketing campaigns
Manage brand and corporate communications
Drive digital marketing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in strategic marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and tailor communication to diverse audiences.
Ability to visualize creative expression of content and partner with designers to create and execute.
Experience managing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
