Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an inside sales role that focuses on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification. The SDR will work through the sales pipeline generating as many leads as possible for Factur.

Job Responsibilities

Use Facturs various tools & systems to generate leads for Factur

Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects for Factur

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is qualified appointments for Factur

Goal of 200 outbound calls per month

Goal of 8 qualified meetings per client per month

Additional Education/Knowledge/Skills Requirements

Excellent Organizational Skills

Knowledge Google Workspace (Google email, sheets, slides, and calendars) is a plus

Ability to execute tasks under ambiguous circumstances

Resourceful, proactive and a strong work ethic

High School Diploma

Prior SDR experience is preferred

Location:

This will be a hybrid work from home and work at the office role.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000 per year. (Base pay + uncapped commission)
