Responsibilities:
Meet planned growth, profit, and customer retention goals through leadership and management of staff
The position will strive to exceed customer expectations by satisfying their needs in a timely, cost effective and high-quality manner
Plan, organize, and staff key office and field positions to support overall department goals and objectives
Schedule, assign, and direct work of department staff
Review construction contract documents and coordinate with general contractor/owner and sub-contractors, and gather the required information for design scope and shop drawing preparation
Review of specifications and bid documents
Provide a billing breakdown for AIA billings and bill jobs monthly in a timely manner
Issue all closeout documents including certifications & warranty, and As-Builts
Maintain sales information in CRM database
Attend walk throughs, visit customers, and steady involvement with relevant associations
Meet or exceed given sales goals, departmentally and individually
Build customer relationships through prospecting and estimating
Requirements
•Estimating and Project Management experience in Construction, Fire/Security, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related experience
•Displayed excellence in managing a team of employees
•Ability to be prompt and courteous when interacting with co-workers and Clients
•Must have a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record with valid driver's license
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and BlueBeam
•Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background verification check.

Oliver Fire Protection offers a competitive compensation package including; Salary, Comprehensive Benefits Package including; Medical, Dental, Life, LTD, Profit sharing program. This position does include entry into Oliver's Incentive Compensation plan, which is variable compensation based on team and individual success.
