The Company is seeking a Vice President for Finance and Operations to join its Senior Leadership team. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, playing a pivotal role in guiding the institution through change and new opportunities. This executive will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of financial and administrative resources, serving as the chief financial, administrative, and operations officer. Key duties include keeping the President and Board of Trustees informed on financial matters, ensuring accurate financial reporting, leading multi-year financial and operational planning, and supervising various operational functions.
