We are looking for a driven professional eager to take your career to the next level. We are expanding rapidly and are on the lookout for a passionate Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our growth by generating high-quality meetings for our enterprise field sales team.

Essential Duties:

KPIs: Schedule qualified meetings with enterprise brands for the field sales team. A first meeting is a success and a buyer who also agrees to a second meeting is stellar.

Buyer Interaction: Utilizing research carried out into prospective customer accounts, reach out to target personas via phone, email, and LinkedIn, clearly highlighting the value of the MessageGears product, with the goal of booking an introduction meeting with your Account Executive.

Documentation: Gather key information and update the CRM, provide insightful lead notes in advance of scheduled meetings. Add new or update existing contacts with improved information.

Feedback: Provide feedback to the go-to-market team on qualitative trends in buyer interactions to help shape future call scripts and other marketing/sales tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and/or Pending College Graduates

Excellent telephone sales personality skills

A self-starter with excellent work ethic and a growth mindset

Competitive, fearless team player with a drive to win

Prior experience working with enterprise buyers

Experience using a CRM software solution such as Salesforce

Experience leveraging B2B research tools such as LinkedIn, Cognism, and similar

Experience using Sales Development tools such as Outreach.io or SalesLoft
