Sales manager or Independent sales rep

Looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in retail sales and established connections with key retailers. In this role, you'll spearhead our sales efforts, nurturing existing relationships and forging new partnerships to expand our reach. With your strategic mindset and passion for our products, you'll drive growth and make an impact on the educational toy and sports industries.
Qualifications
Minimum5+ years of Sales experience, preferably in the toy or educational products industry
Extensive network and established relationships with top retailerssuch as Walmart, Target, Costco, etc
Strong negotiation skillsand ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our products to retailers
Well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
Bilingual a Plus, and recent professional references must be available/ Include references from retailers and customers
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives
Leverage existing connections and networks to secure distribution deals with top retailers
Identify and prioritize key retail accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers
Collaborate with Sales representatives across the country on sales initiatives
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, confirm appointments at corporate offices and solicit orders
