**Summary/Objective** Manages the entire fleet for Matran based out of their location(s). Fleet Coordinator duties will include, but not be limited to creating and implementing an organized tracking of all the units in the Matran fleet to ensure unit readiness and timely completion of all tasks related to fleet purchase, maintenance, transportation, and sale. The Fleet Coordinator assists the Fleet Manager by overseeing or performing the following day-to-day functions.

**Salary Requirements:** 40K-65K annually.

Open Interviews March 8th and 9th no appointment needed **Essential Functions:**

* Complete the fleet purchase checklist.

* Track fleet maintenance completion in accordance with intervals of maintenance for all rental units.

* Client development and relationships.

* Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company.

* Rental check-in and out as a backup person when necessary.

* Prepare the necessary paperwork and deliver it to accounting to ensure timely invoicing.

* Ensure clients are re-billed for excess mileage, fuel fees, cleaning fees, damages, and delivery fees.

* Maintain fleet readiness by communicating daily with external and internal service providers.

* Schedule timely and cost-efficient transport of units via the Fleet Manager.

* Proper use of Matran Systems: TSD, SGA STR Website, Sugar, Converge, and Masters Website.

* Code all Ros and external invoices.

* Frequent review and update of the tracking spreadsheet, sell-over list, and detailed workflow calendar.

* Ensure distribution and repair of recalls from manufacturers.

* Attend company meetings as required.

* Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; Enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Other duties as assigned.

**Work Environment:** This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. **Physical Demands:** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. **Required Education and Experience:**

* Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.

* Strong organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.

* Friendly and professional demeanor.
