Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Analytics, the Senior Data and Analytics Analyst will play a critical role in leading analyses and making strategic recommendations that drive the performance of the business. Conduct strategic in-depth analyses to uncover actionable opportunities and provide targeted recommendations that enhance business performance.
Build and translate data sets into impactful insights, recommendations, dashboards, visualizations, and reports for a variety of audiences
Lead a process to provide meaningful findings regularly to leadership
Build scalable automation solutions utilizing SQL, dashboards, and other tools to create leverage for yourself and the organization
Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards for various business scenarios
Secure buy-in from key stakeholders on new strategic concepts and methods that drive business outcomes.
Work closely with the sales team to model and measure new growth strategies as well as the retention strategy for existing business
Measure the success of marketing acquisition programs and work closely with the marketing team to maximize the return on marketing spend
Collaborate with extended stakeholders on the areas of reporting & analytics to improve accuracy and accessibility of the data
Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams to implement business solutions

Demonstrated capability to work independently in fast-paced environments with heavy autonomy
Ability to tell a story using data and act as an advocate for data driven decision making
Great presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
Experience creating highly adopted, performant and intuitive dashboards with BI tools like Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel
Strong project management and organizational skills
High level of proficiency with SQL, relational databases, ETL processes, and statistical analysis
Interest or experience with the following: Two-sided marketplace metrics, Fivetran, Git, DBT, Snowflake, Jira, Sigma Computing, Python
