We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand on social media platforms, developing and implementing creative strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth. This exempt position is primarily remote, but there may be required in-office days (from time-to-time, as needed) if this role is in a local region. Applicants will be considered in the states of AZ, CA, CO, OR, or WA (working PT hours).
Key Projects And Responsibilities
Build and amplify brand awareness, cultivate and build a network, and drive measurable results.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
Make decisions on content creation. Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) across multiple platforms (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) that captivate audiences.
Create messaging and edit content to attract new users to our platform.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, including posting consistently, responding to comments and messages, and running social campaigns.
Oversee social media and campaign performances. Analyze social media data and track key metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Publishing and managing blog posts, landing pages, and other website content through the HubSpot CMS.
Email Marketing: Creating and managing email campaigns, designing email templates, scheduling email sends, and analyzing email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Management Systems (CMS): Knowledge of WordPress for managing and optimizing content marketing initiatives, including website optimization and blogging.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and integrate them into our strategy.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns.
Other projects may be assigned, and the CEO may assign projects based on bandwidth and availability and needs of another entity.
Our Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience in social media management with a demonstrable record of significant audience growth and engagement, preferably within a startup environment.
Has worked on building a brand through social media.
Has built a following and network of people in the past, with proven record.
Significantly increased followings on social media.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and their unique audiences.
Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content (written, visual, and video).
Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
Some experience with design. Will know Canva or some design element.
Experience with social media management tools a plus.
In-depth understanding of social media advertising best practices and experience with campaign management tools.
Passion for the tech industry and a strong understanding of our target audience (bonus points!).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Creative, self-motivated, hard worker, and a fast learner with a positive attitude.
Work independently.
A deep understanding of B2B (or B2C) marketing strategies (depending on your target audience).
A well-established network of industry contacts you can leverage to expand our reach and brand awareness is a plus!
The Perks Why Work Here?!
This position offers a salary between $60,000 $85,000, DOE.
