Talent Acquistion Specialist
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquistion Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in finding and attracting top talent. You will be responsible for attracting candidates using various sources including resume database mining and professional networking platforms. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting and a deep understanding of the hiring landscape.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of applicants to ensure a strong match with job requirements, qualifications, skillsets, and organizational culture.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent.
Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years' proven work experience as a Recruiter.
Knowledge of federal government hiring processes and grade schedules.
Familiarity recruiting and vetting IT-related professionals.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously.
