**What were looking for:**
Were in need of a highly motivated, dynamic and driven Head of Sales Development who has a passion for providing strategic solutions and leadership. You will be responsible for leading the team of BDR Managers to develop their leadership and guide the entire BDR function above and beyond the minimum set goals.
The ideal candidate is a person who has not just built their own very successful track record in a fast-growing environment, but who has made the conscious choice to positively influence others careers.
You have a strong grasp of new business development best practices, are on the cutting edge of new technology, and bring new insights to your role consistently.
**In this role youll get to**:
* Directly impact the structure and growth of a BDR business function.
* Manage a team of managers across multiple locations.
* Assist in recruiting, growing, and maintaining BDR teams to achieve business plan goals.
* Develop career progression plans for managers within your team.
* Assess opportunities in new industry verticals and implement strategic outreach campaigns with the support of the marketing team.
* Report, analyze, and deliver results to upper management and your teams.
* Work cross-functionally with our team of scientists, doctors, engineers, tax, and accounting professionals in an effort to understand the value of what we offer
* Get involved in the appointment setting and selling process, which is entirely outbound.
* Create training programs that will develop the skill sets of everyone in the BDR business unit.
**Youll be a great fit if you:**
* Have at least 8 years of experience in sales.
* Have 3-5 years of experience managing other managers in a sales organization.
* Are passionate about our mission, people, customers, and constantly improving our process.
* Can bring a positive influence to a new organization.
* Understand in detail the systems and processes that we currently use (Salesforce & SalesLoft).
* Have the initiative to create a plan and see it through the execution stage.
* Are comfortable speaking to key stakeholders and C-level executives.
* Have outstanding communication skills; confident, articulate and persuasive.
* Can work autonomously with incredible organization skills.
* Thrive in partnering with internal partners in order to drive results.
* Are a motivated, self-starter that craves success.
**Nice to haves:**
* Bachelors Degree
* Experience working with CRMs & Cloud-based sales engagement tools we use Salesforce and SalesLoft
* Formal Sales Methodology Training
* Formal Management Training
