DLR Group's Marketing team is seeking a high energy marketing professional with a passion for building brands to join an ambitious team that intends to transform the model of marketing communications in the A/E/C industry. The Communications Coordinator supports the Enterprise Marketing team in a variety of marketing activities and tasks. This role is for an emerging storyteller, design thinker, and marketer skilled at developing written, print, and digital content that contributes to marketing and pursuit deliverables.

DLR Group operates within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. DLR Group has a network of 30+ studios across the United States. For this role, we encourage exceptional applicants across the ecosystem.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Contribute to brand standard compliant deliverables with minimal supervision

Contribute to external marketing activity in support of a strategic plan including award programs, media relations, and marketing asset management

Leverage your creative talents to write copy, execute layout, assemble presentations, and produce materials focused on target audience’s needs

Record project and people information in firm database to ensure institutional knowledge

Develop a deep understanding of DLR Group capabilities and differentiators in designated client verticals

Champion DLR Group as a best-in-class brand by completing comprehensive quality control checks on materials

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or similar

0-2+ years of experience in a Marketing, Brand, or Communications department, preferably in the AEC or design industry

Action-oriented, with a knack for managing multiple tasks for multiple interests

Strong verbal and written communication skills

The ability to write accurate and compelling marketing content using AP Style

Experience balancing a variety of demands while staying focused

Growth mindset: desire to continually improve processes and outcomes

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; experience in Microsoft Suite, including Teams
