**Responsibilities**
As the most senior member of the Finance Team on site, you will serve as a member of the hospital executive team, reporting directly to a VP of Finance. The CFO will lead the financial operations of their respective site; and seek opportunities for improvement while collaborating with the hospital President and VP of nursing to achieve financial goals.
+ Direct ministry financial activities, policies & practices.
+ Provide guidance on expense management, productivity, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and capital planning.
+ Manage market statistical reporting and budgeting.
+ Recommend strategies based upon financial, accounting and industry trends.
+ Plan and coordinate financial resources for departmental services.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Hospital Experience Highly Preferred
