CFO Fractional, Finance Manager - Special Project Advisor
The Finance Manager - Special Project Advisor will provide high-level project-related support to the PERSOWN , Inc. Executive Team. This is a Part-Time position, working remotely in Central & Northeast Florida.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
May recruit, interview, hire, and train junior administrative staff in the department.
Provides high-level finance and accounting project support and assistance to the CFO/COO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
Performs research, analysis and implementation of financial and accounting projects, including:
Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) research and analysis,
Going Public research and analysis,
Structuring capital raises,
Financial analysis projects
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Skills/Abilities :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of accounting, finance, capital raises, public company transactions, auditing, cash management
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
Education and Experience :
Master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
Public company experience
Previous CFO experience preferred
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
