About our client:

They are a well-established organization offering managed print solutions and cloud based "Smart Business Solutions" to help companies operate more efficiently and access their documents with ease. They are also developing exciting new products in the AI and Cybersecurity space!

The targeted base salary for this role is between $60-70k dependent upon experience with an aggressive commission plan. Your first year OTE will be between $150-200k!

Position Overview:

Account Executives are responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and for finding new clients to ensure that their account base is growing.

They help clients with their decision to lease, purchase, or subscribe to business technology and services, and walk them through the sales and installation/implementation process. This includes working with admin to ensure all necessary documentation is complete, and coordinating installation and training with the service team. Account Managers will also be the primary point of contact for their clients after the sale, and are responsible for regular business reviews and maintaining open communication with their clients to ensure we deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities: Work to achieve sales and recurring revenue quotas as set by sales management

Maintain existing client relationships through regular Quality Business Reviews

Create new client relationships to bring in "net new" business

Determine client goals and challenges and sell technology to solve client's business problems

Coordinate resources and Subject-Matter Experts to fully serve clients

Collect and record all client, prospect, and deal information in CRM system

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of deal records in CRM

Report and log activities with clients regularly in CRM

Use DocuWare document management system to manage client files

Track and respond to incoming leads in a prompt manner

Once the maximum number of clients has been reached, assist junior sales reps in working with assigned accounts

Participate in required training

Attend all sales meetings, either in person or via video conference.

Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work well with a team, and cooperate with a wide variety of personality types

Must be competent with computer usage, including MS Outlook for email and calendar, virtual meetings, and web applications such as Salesforce CRM

Must be self-motivated with a goal oriented, positive attitude

Must have the ability to represent company with professionalism and integrity

Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to respond to clients quickly and efficiently

Hours and Schedule:

Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
