Client Support Specialist (Concierge)

The Concierge Specialist position reports to the Supervisor of Concierge Support, and is responsible for serving as the primary contact for all operational needs of clients, leading independent financial advisors, and their support staff.
Essential duties include empowering advisor success through advocacy and integrity, forming trusted relationships with clients, serving as liaisons between clients and other service team members, assisting with navigating operational systems and procedures, responding to inquiries regarding account servicing, cost basis/account transactions, transfer of assets status, retirement plans, and more.
The role requires a strong passion for service and financial markets, active listening skills, ability to quickly learn new technology, analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
The candidate should have at least two years of experience in brokerage/financial services, banking, operations, and client support, and hold a high school diploma/GED, with a college degree preferred.
A Series 7 license is required prior to hire or within 180 days of hire, and retirement planning certifications are a plus. The position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
