HR Business Partner Key Role:
Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise in the field of Human Resources to support a growing and evolving organization. Participate in talent management, Total Rewards and Compensation cycles, Performance Management, Succession, DEI, HR analytics, People Leadership training, and development projects. Partner with senior leaders to resolve business issues. Conduct data analysis Via Excel, Tableau, and Dashboards of HR metrics and develop innovative solutions and recommendations to leadership. Ability to identify and manage risks for the business around retention, attrition, culture, or leadership. Work without considerable direction.Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in the field of human resources as a generalist, consultant, compensation analyst, Performance and Talent Management, or HR data analyst
2+ years of experience with project management or change management within a people services department
Experience with using Microsoft Excel utilizing formulas, V-lookups, and pivot tables
Experience with utilizing Tableau dashboards to interpret data and tell a story
Knowledge of HR systems, including Workday
Knowledge of compensation and benefits, onboarding, workforce management, talent development, and employment law
Ability to influence senior leaders, clients, and key stakeholders through written and oral communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within and outside of your direct team
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to perform work outside of normal business hours
Possession of advanced Excel skills, including utilizing macros
Possession of excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Masters degree
PHR or SPHR Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
