Job Description
Skillset:
Experience in ServiceNow technical architecture covering:
Experienced in ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & AppEngine
Experienced in ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting and Analytics, etc.
Exposure of HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM & other industry specific modules
Experienced in assessing Service management landscape including existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations & improvements
Experienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
Client side / Server-side scripts, UI policy, Data policy, Business rule, script include, Script action, UI action
Flow designer and decision table
Workflows, Rest and Soap based integration
Transform map, Import set and Data sources
Proven cross technology experience connecting ServiceNow to overall IT landscape
12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture.
Certification high preferred (CSA, CMA)
Must be open to travel 25%
