The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this Cambridge, MA-based role, you will pitch the advantages of partnering with ApartmentAdvisor to property owners and managers, with the goal of adding their active listings to our innovative leasing platform. What you’ll do:

Own the entire sales process.

Identify prospective clients using our internal sales tools.

Conduct direct outreach using our phone and email messaging platforms.

Pitch Owners and Property Managers on the benefits of working with a Broker that uses cutting edge technology to make sure that their units are rented quickly and efficiently.

Provide high level reports on the status of our prospects to internal stakeholders.

Share valuable prospect feedback with the team so we can continue to build a great product offering.

Who you are:

You have at least two years of B2B sales experience in a professional environment.

You are a highly motivated self-starter and love taking on new projects – you have the ability and the mindset to “get stuff done.”

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to connect with decision makers.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

You can recognize problems and can work autonomously to troubleshoot and resolve them.

Bachelor's degree required.

Experience using Salesforce required.

BONUS: experience selling into the multi-family industry.
