Our client, a real estate investor, is seeking a Receptionist to join their NYC team. The hours are 8/9am-4/5pm (flex as needed) and this role is in the office five days a week.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet guests, alerting appropriate personnel
Coordinate conference room schedule
Order and receive catering and deliveries
Assist with invoicing
Help with data entry and reporting
Create presentations, office-wide correspondence, and documents
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of experience, preferably out of professional services or Real Estate
Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PP, Excel)
Know how to problem solve
Able to work independently
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $65-75K base depending on experience + OT + bonus
