Summary:

The Manager, Talent & Engagement will oversee the development and implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing talent management programs and employee engagement programs and initiatives and will have a passion for employee development, engagement and organizational culture and will be committed to creating a positive work environment for all employees.

Essential Job Functions :

Develop and implement talent management strategies and initiatives that align with the company's vision, mission and core values.

Manage the Talent Management team that guides associates through a structured career development program.

Oversee the execution of the program life cycle by managing project resources to achieve goals and ensuring established timelines are met.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to drive employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.

Partner with HR colleagues to ensure that talent management programs are aligned with HR policies and procedures.

Work with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop talent solutions that support their business objectives.

Regularly assess and report on program effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement to ensure results align with organizational goals.

Develop and execute program plans, timelines, and budgets that align with the organization's goals.

Facilitate communication, foster teamwork and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of program progress.

Actively promote a positive work culture by identifying and addressing areas of improvement, and implementing solutions.

Create and maintain strong relationships with associates, internal management, and other outside parties critical to the program's success.

Recommend organizational and process modifications as well as infrastructure enhancements.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

This position has direct reports. Manages staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required

Minimum six (6) years of experience in talent management, employee engagement, and/or HR management required.
