Position Overview:
Elite Paradigm is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our team to support our public sector clients. The role is a part of the IT Operations, Development, Modernization, and Enhancement Team.
Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
Perform advanced DCGS-A operator training and basic maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics in relation to the DCGS-A IFS stacks and Portable Multi-Function Workstations (P-MFWS)
Provide instruction on basic and advanced toolsets
Provide troubleshooting and basic software updates for client systems and report on-site problems
Attend unit and client training meetings
Provide information on a weekly basis describing the efforts performed and locations serviced by contractor.
Provide recommendations on systems interoperability, architecture, system configuration and impacts to training support/participation in unit’s operations and exercises.
Provide technical services and support that reinforces the users’ and staffs understanding of system tools and applications and how they integrate into the process with other command systems.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree
Required Experiences:
Trainer will have a minimum of 6 years verifiable experience in configuring/administering and training
Experience maintaining/repairing equipment.
Trainer must be a intelligence subject matter expert with tactical and/or strategic intelligence analyst experience;
Required Clearance:
Must possess an Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance
Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification
