North Central Territory Account Executive
Position Overview
HatchMed is seeking account executives to join our sales team! You will be responsible for generating new business, growing market share, and representing HatchMed in a large, multi-state territory. The North Central Territory includes: IL, IN, MI, OH. All applicants must live in territory.
P rimary Account Executive Responsibilities
Execute Annual Territory Sales Strategy, including monthly/quarterly/annual KPIs, in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targets
Conduct sales prospecting calls in-person and virtually to assigned accounts in territory
Promote and cross-sell HatchMed products in order to increase business from existing and new customers in order to meet or exceed sales targets
Develop and maintain extensive technical, product, and market knowledge
Document any/all customer and prospect interactions in HatchMed's CRM system (Zoho)
Prepare and provide updates on annual Territory Sales Strategy and performance to sales director on a weekly basis
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to provide necessary support to meet or exceed customer expectations
Communicate any and all customer concerns to appropriate HatchMed team members
Execute all applicable training assigned to this role
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2+ years of sales experience (medical industry a plus)
Job Requirements
Must live in territory
Willing to travel out-of-state and overnight up to 25%
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Reliable vehicle
Road warrior, high volume of driving in territory
Familiar with Apple products (iPads, iPhones, iOS)
