The Role:
The Vice President of Operations position will be based in the greater Phoenix, AZ market – while reporting directly to the President. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, providing structure and oversight, and adapting to the evolving culture and work environment. With 10+ years of management experience preferred – they are looking for a well rounded leader, with current experience in building material distribution.
Benefits and Compensation:
Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $250,000
"All in" Compensation: Base salary plus potential bonus, totaling $180,000 - $300,000
Car Package: Car allowance based on mileage reimbursement
Benefits: 401K match up to 4%, full health benefits
