Job Purpose
Responsible for the overall administration and coordination of all branch activities. Develops, reviews and recommends overall objectives, policies and procedures for entire branch operations. The VP of Branch Operations must maintain a smooth running and profitable organization while ensuring compliance to both company policy and governing laws.
Essential Duties
Evaluates the effectiveness of the overall branch operation and individual branches by directing reviews of branch activity, analyzing activity statistics and related reports along with recommendations from the President.
Responsible for income and expense goal setting and end results, consistent with the company’s business plan.
Oversees the quality and overall performance of the company’s loan portfolio.
Develops effective proactive branch strategies to respond to the challenging legal and economic environment.
Provides guidance along with monitoring the monthly training meetings at all levels of operations.
Handling of customer service issues with customers and attorneys and dealing with the regulators and auditors.
Ensures compliance with the Federal and State regulations throughout the branch operations.
Completes semi-annual Branch Operational Review of selected offices to audit service, business development, loan and sales credit transactions, insurance product knowledge and sales, delinquency and collections, cash handling procedures and branch security.
Monitors that the highest level of service is maintained for all customers.
Carries out public and employee related programs and activities.

Qualifications
II. Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or Marketing. At least five (5) years of increasingly responsible work experience as a manager serving in capacities with decision- making responsibility. Additional financial services industry experience can be substituted on a year-by-year basis for college coursework.
Prior demonstrated ability and experience to establish and control complex budgets. Minimum three (3) years prior managerial experience, setting work priorities for developing, and appraising employee’s work performance.
Previous demonstrated work experience to coordinate multiple responsibilities, to delegate daily management of operations activities and to plan for further activities to principal direct reports.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with vendors, service dealers, customers and all levels of company personnel.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
