The rest of the team comprises passionate people from the most prestigious French Universities: Polytechnique, Télécom Paris, Centrle, HEC , Sciences Po Paris, 42...

The company is about to close its seed round, is scaling rapidly in a fast-paced environment, and aims to become the international leader in API security in the coming year. We are hiring talented people to take on high responsibilities in this scale-up adventure. Be the next one!

Missions As the founding Growth Marketing Manager, you will be key to implementing Escape’s Go-To-Market strategy, transforming a unique opportunity into an established business by making our product accessible to a maximum of engineering teams

Growth Hacking You will build our social communication and campaigns (including Twitter and LinkedIn Ads)

You will set up acquisition channels for leads generation (scrapping, e-mailing, and nurturing)

You will work hand in hand with our CEO to bring a maximum of qualified leads

You will implement automation to improve the conversion funnel and processes

You will talk with customers and work united with our CTO to build the product they love

Marketing You will optimize our SEO and SEA strategy (with our Marketing Agency)

You will manage our content strategy (blog and developer relation)

You will improve the UI and UX of our landing & app and optimize conversion

You will communicate feature updates and maintain relationships with customers

You will keep an eye on events and organize the participation of the company in those events

Profile Fluent in French and English

Some knowledge of automation tools and design solutions

You thought about creating your own company more than twice

You are a self-starter and able to take initiative

You love handling multiple simultaneous projects

You have a creating and product-oriented mindset
