About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive total rewards strategy. This strategic leader will be responsible for ensuring that all compensation and reward programs align with the company's culture and business goals, are competitive in the marketplace, and support the attraction, retention, and growth of talent. The role involves a high level of collaboration, including advising the Chief People Officer and the Board's Compensation Committee on executive compensation practices. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in total rewards, including experience with executive compensation, and must be adept at leading a team to achieve game-changing results.Key responsibilities for the VP of Total Rewards at the company include establishing a total rewards strategy, developing innovative incentive programs, and leading the team in all aspects of total rewards, including benefits, compensation, and recognition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and business acumen, be a proactive strategic partner, and possess the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Several years of progressive experience in total rewards, a passion for the field, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential. The role requires a leader who can think holistically about talent, is hands-on yet can set a strategic direction, and is capable of both setting a vision and executing in a hyper-growth environment.
