Overview

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design, development, teams to translate user requirements into engaging and interactive designs.

Responsibilities

Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or related tools to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

Implement front-end design elements using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining design consistency across platforms.

Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages and promotional materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Front-end Developer, or similar role with 2-3 years of experience.

Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and projects you've worked on.

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and design thinking principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Knowledge of motion design principles and tools such as After Effects or Principle.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
