Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:

•Accurately forecast business to meet bookings objectives.

•Structure and negotiate business deals that meet the customer's and division's objectives.

•Plan and coordinate product demos, customer visits, and all customer meetings that involve division personnel.

•Foster technical and operational relationships at all levels internal and externally.

•Align customer requirements vs. division priorities.

•Co-work with different divisions and BD to provide KLA solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

•The ideal candidate will understand Taiwan semiconductor market.

•Have experience in the semiconductor industry with sales, business development or marketing background.

•Has negotiation sense and analytical skills.

•Must have financial/business knowledge to do recommendation or proposal

•Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast business opportunities short and long term.

•Able to derive/understand the proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet/exceed the objectives.

•Aptitude to navigate through complex and dynamic selling environment.

•Experience working with Global customers and regions

•25-30% travel may require

Minimum Qualifications

B.S. in Engineering, with > 5years of Semiconductor Equipment sales experience.

Taiwan business experience and mandarin speaking is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 5 years; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 12 years
