**What does your day look like?**
+ Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
+ Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs.
+ Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables.
+ Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
+ Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market.
**Experience you will bring:**
+ One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 3+ years of Healthcare Recruiting Experience preferred
+ Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates
+ Knowledge of ATS: Workday preferred
+ Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong communication and attention to detail skills
