Responsibilities
Sentinel is looking for a help desk agent to assist one of our clients. The ideal candidate would set up new laptops, install software and set up security features on the laptops. This candidate will also be assisting with service desk services when needed. This is a 2-3 month contract reporting onsite to our client location in Deerfield, IL.
Qualifications
Experience with laptop replacements
Experience with software updates and installations
Experience with data backups and data migration
Experience with installing security features
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
