Job Description:
Brenz Pizza Co. is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and other departments in a courteous and professional manner.
Essential Functions:
Answer inbound calls from customers and other departments
Handle customer complaints in a courteous manner
Follow communication procedures to ensure that all orders are processed within established timeframes
Receive incoming messages and schedule orders accordingly
Provide information on open orders to callers
Maintain phone etiquette and speak clearly to customers while maintaining professional etiquette
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Set up new accounts or open existing accounts as needed.
Skills:
Previous experience in call center or other related fields preferred but not required.
Familiarity with customer service procedures and customer service-related software applications (e.g., CRM) preferred but not required.
Strong phone handling skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
