Responsibilities:
Adept in online and traditional marketing & advertising strategy and highly skilled in visual communications and creative development
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.
Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating traditional media (inclusive of TV & video), online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, company websites, SEM/SEO strategy development, brand awareness, and drip marketing initiatives. Proficiency in creative development and building plans for these channels is very important.
Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production, and web development, from the initial concept to the finished product and execution
Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences
Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures
Required skills and qualifications:
At least 7 to 10 years of proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
B2C marketing/advertising experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
