**Job Overview**

Litigation Supervisor oversees a team of specilsists that have litgation cases made up of title or contested related matters. The Supervisor is resposible for assisting the Specialists resolve those cases and assist with any escalation sor issues with regards to litgation case work. Supervisor will deliver month end scorecards regarding performance and metrics for the prior month. The Supervisor will over see the functions for the Litigation team in the Fort Worth site. The Supervisor position is an onsite position.

**A Typical Day**

The **Servicing Litigation Supervisor** will manage key metrics related to servicing litigation, which includes but may not be limited to the following teams: Contested Matters, Title Matters and litigation; department performance, implementation of department strategies/procedures, and respond to inquiries related to customers/vendors/investors/regulatory agencies. As the **Litigation Supervisor** , you will interface with other divisions in servicing to ensure upstream/downstream processes are appropriate.

The **Servicing Litigation Supervisor** will:

+ Support the servicing of mortgage loans

+ Support a team of 7 specialists with day to day activities and metrics

+ Audit functions directly related to contested matters, title curative and other litgated matters.

+ Provide feedback to staff specialists re scorecards, reporting and job support

+ Support business leaders to identify/support processes at the operational level

+ Travel/Appear as needed in Court-related matters to support operational success

+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned

+ Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

**What You’ll Bring**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ 5+ years of relevant work experience

+ Has an in-depth understanding of state by state foreclosure rules, title curative options, and litgation Civil Rules of Procedure

+ Litigation knowledge

+ Understands GSE/insurer servicing guidelines

+ Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

+ Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

**Compensation:** Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

+ Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

+ Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

+ Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
