Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Skills
Master's degree in a related field
Experience working with multistate operators in the cannabis industry
Knowledge of sustainable and organic cultivation practices
Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software
