General Summary of Position

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our busy and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing Marketing and Commercial activities, which support the delivery of our significant growth plans.

Essential Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement within Fluitron’s industrial sectors, with a focus on the Hydrogen industry.

Drive marketing initiatives based on market research which identifies emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, trade shows, and industry events, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, sales presentations, website content, and product literature.

Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified enquiries.

Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Identify and evaluate potential marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.

Monitor industry trends, competitors' marketing activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and marketing innovation.

Provide guidance and leadership to a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment.

Maintaining CRM data and analyze/align opportunity funnel with customer strategies.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Proven experience of 2-5 years in marketing, preferably in the industrial manufacturing or energy sectors.

Experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable, including knowledge of product and customer segmentation, market vertical identification and market dynamics.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Experience with digital marketing platforms such as email marketing software, social media management tools, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and communicate marketing plans and results to stakeholders.

Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable marketing objectives and driving business growth.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM software.
