Marketing Account Lead

We are hiring a full-time Account Lead for our marketing retainer client accounts.
This position offers the freedom to lead marketing strategy initiatives, execute campaigns, analyze business opportunities, and work collaboratively with a great team.
As an Account Lead, you will lead 3 - 5 client accounts, manage the strategy and execution of results-driven digital and inbound campaigns, and lead the team internally. A Marketing Director will support you and provide guidance and coaching to you and your team.
This role is full-time and permanently remote. You must reside in the US (excluding California) and be able to work 9am to 6pm in the EST time zone.

Fundamental Capabilities:
Exceptional listening, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, both client-facing and within your team
Digital marketing experience: 5+ years
Strong analytic skills with an ability to derive insights for clients and communicate those insights both verbally and in writing and through presentation decks
Professional understanding of inbound marketing
Willingness to learn and a desire to receive feedback
Experience working with a marketing automation tool
The ability to spot not-so-common problems both for your clients and your team before they occur and to mitigate those problems successfully
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assess clients' analytics and reporting to make recommendations
Create landing pages, call-to-action, update website pages, and optimize websites to improve conversion rates
Help retain and grow client relationships
Implement and manage client HubSpot accounts
Use analytics to drive marketing decision making
Provide clients with reporting on performance and outcomes from marketing campaigns
Create and manage organic and paid campaigns with a focus on lead acquisition
Provide support and clear communications to clients
Strategy and execution for SEO, social media, content, and conversion rate optimization
Set goals using lead generation rates as a baseline
Contribute to action plans, strategy, and marketing recommendations provided to clients
Learn and practice account-based marketing and sales enablement techniques
Continually improve your skills, education, and certifications
Extra Credit if you have:
B2B marketing experience with a focus on content strategy, sales development, website conversion, and lead generation
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences and explaining insights from analyses to both technical, non-technical audiences and executive levels within the IT, Manufacturing, or Energy Industries
Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM tools
Professional experience with Google Analytics (or similar analytics application)
Experience in Scrum or Agile project management tools
